Information collected for camp

The signup form collects the player’s name, age, selected group and camp session, optional team, and parent or guardian name, email address and phone number. These details are stored with the registration to identify the participant, manage the booking and arrange the included camp jersey, shirt and shorts. Parents or legal guardians should submit registrations for children. Do not enter medical information or payment-card details in these fields.

Online draft waiver

The separate online waiver form records the player’s full name, current age at signing, four-digit birth year (not a full date of birth), signer details, selected camp session, emergency-contact name and phone number, required acknowledgements, typed electronic signature, server-generated UTC signing date and timestamp, and the version and text of the waiver presented. This is a waiver template; enforceability depends on applicable law and the circumstances. Signing the form does not reserve a camp place or submit a payment.

Waiver records are private. The browser may save a private access link for your receipt; anyone possessing that link may be able to view the associated submission. The form does not ask for medical diagnoses, medications, insurance identifiers or payment-card details. Paying for camp does not sign a waiver automatically.

Secure payment processing

Stripe handles card entry and payment processing on its own secure checkout page. This website stores registration and payment references and the verified confirmation status. It does not collect or store your card number, security code or expiration date. Test checkout does not collect real money.

Your private registration access

After checkout opens, this browser saves a private access link to view registration and payment status in My Registrations. Treat private checkout return links and waiver receipt links as confidential. On a shared device, remove saved links when finished. Removing a browser link does not cancel camp, revoke a submission or delete the stored record.

Confirmed venues and remaining details

The camp venues are Woodbury ICE, St. Croix Valley Recreation Center in Stillwater, Centennial Sports Arena in Circle Pines and AMSOIL Arena in Duluth. Camp year, daily start times, additional date ranges and guest session assignments are still being finalized. The fee is $399 per camper for one selected five-day session, including a jersey, shirt and shorts. No cancellation or refund policy has been supplied. Confirm remaining logistics and the organizer’s cancellation/refund terms before a live payment.
